These terms govern your access to and use of all software applications, binaries, and digital services developed by Appfonic Studio.
By downloading, accessing, or using any software provided by Appfonic Studio (including Google Play downloads, App Store builds, or official APK releases), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Appfonic grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and execute our software on personal mobile devices. You may not distribute, sub-license, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code unless explicitly authorized in writing.
Certain specialized tools or enterprise versions may provide dedicated supplemental terms. In the event of a conflict between this Studio Global document and an app-specific agreement located at /apps/[slug]/terms, the app-specific term shall take precedence.
All software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of uninterrupted performance. Appfonic Studio shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from app usage or data loss.
